Policies


  1. It will take AT LEAST 7-10 BUSINESS Days for turnaround time on PHOTOS. This means that you will receive your edits from me no LATER than 10 days after your selections have been made in the gallery. If the wait extends days a contact will be made via a point of contact from your booking information (phone or email).
  2. It will take AT LEAST 10-15 BUSINESS Days for turnaround time on VIDEOS. This means that you will receive your finished from me no LATER than 15 days after the filming. If the wait extends 15 days a contact will be made via a point of contact from your booking information (phone or email).
  3. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE ARE SITUATIONS WHERE YOU COULD RECEIVE A REFUND ON REMAINING PAYMENTS BUT, THEY ARE VERY RARE. FURTHER COMMUNICATION WILL BE HELD UPON THE REQUEST OF A REFUND.
  4. RAW FOOTAGE OR PHOTOS WILL ALWAYS COST MORE.
  5. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO OWN ALL CONTENT TAKEN AND USE FOR FURTHER MARKETING PURPOSES
  6. THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INCURRED STATED IN THE BOOKING PORTAL
